Overview

For a full refund, you must notify us within 3 days since your purchase. After three days, we can’t offer you a full refund and there will be a $300.00 charge plus 10% is applicable if canceled within 15 days. After 15 days, no refund will apply. If we cannot contact you within 3 months, the contract is void and all monies forfeited. If you have not settled any cemetery fees or any other charges with your cemetery before we can install/drop-off your stone, we charge $12.50 per week, or $50 a month memorial storage fee after 30 days of waiting for any additional fees to be handled.

To complete any kind of refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:

  • Your cemetery rejected your memorial application. You are responsible for checking with your cemetery and understanding your requirements before making a purchase. In the case that they do not accept your stone, your purchase may be applied to a new memorial, however we will not refund your money.
  • We will not refund your money for any damage that occurs to the stone after we have installed your memorial (nature or cemetery neglect). There is no guaranteed warranty on the memorial or attached items whether implied or spoken. In the event the item can be replaced, you will be responsible for labor. We will work with you, but it is at our sole discretion on how to proceed with those repairs and costs.
  • Texas Gravestone Care reserves the right to refuse service or cancel contracts. No refund will apply.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and falls under supplier warranty.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should first get approval for a return and ship your product to 17218 Porter Ln. Porter, TX 77365.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend a tracking service. Please understand that when shipping granite, the weight will be at least 150lbs for a flat marker and increases exponentially with larger stone sizes and other granite colors. You must get approval for a return before shipping an item. Otherwise, a refund will not apply.
